4) Business Owner/Operator and JAXPLUS.net agree the only fees involved are honoring the above stated Membership Benefit when a valid/current JAXPLUS.net Membership Card is presented with a picture I.D.

5) Business Owner/Operator and JAXPLUS.net agree this Participation Agreement can be terminated at any time by either party (15) days after receiving an email request to terminate.
