1)  This Participation Agreement is placed for the above named business.  This agreement is NOT  a binding contract with JAXPLUS.

2)  Business Owner/Operator agrees to let JAXPLUS post their business on this Website with the above MEMBER BENEFIT.
3)  Business Owner/Operator and their employees agree to honor the above MEMBER BENEFIT to all Members who present a valid/current JAXPLUS Membership Card with a picture I.D.

4)  Business Owner/Operator and JAXPLUS agree the only fees involved are honoring the above stated MEMBER BENEFIT when a valid/current JAXPLUS Membership Card is presented with a picture I.D.

5)  Business Owner/Operator and JAXPLUS agree this Participation Agreement can be terminated at any time by either party (15) days after receiving an email request to terminate.
